Gift Certificates - If you just realized that today or tomorrow is an important Birthday, Anniversary, or other occasion you forgot to arrange a gift for, and now shipping it there to arrive immediately will cost you a fortune, you can order a Gift Certificate on our website! The recipient will get the gift by email right away, and will have all the fun of choosing a gift that they would most like to have! You can choose a gift certificate from $50.00 to $500.00.
Local San Diego & Southern California Deliveries - Orders are delivered on the date requested. If you want to order for an upcoming birthday or anniversary, for example, we will make sure it ships out on the correct date. Your gift can be decorated for any occasion. Gifts for Southern California areas outside of our San Diego delivery areas, can be shipped to arrive the next business day. For local San Diego deliveries, please make sure to let us know if it is safe to leave if going to a home, or if you would prefer we contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time. Note: We often deliver to home addresses in the evening when they are more likely to be home from work.
Same Day & Rush Orders - If you need a rush order, or same day delivery, in San Diego, please give us a call to arrange. We do our best to accommodate same day requests, with items we have in stock, that are ordered by 11:00 A.M. Please give us a call if you would like to arrange delivery same day, an evening, weekend or holiday. When you call, we will confirm if we have your requested item in stock to rush right out, suggest a similar item, or custom design a gift perfect for you. Please note that during our busy Holiday Season we need extra lead time.
Free Shipping Options - Gifts listed in our Free Shipping Options section are shipped ground and go out by the next business day. Please refer to the Transit Times map for a good estimation of when the gift will arrive.
Ship Out Dates -Fed EX and UPS do not pick up on weekends or Holidays. Orders received on those days will go out the following business day. Gifts that include fresh brownies, cookies and fruit are best shipped early in the week, if possible, so they do not sit over the weekend.
Wine Gift Baskets - All wine, champagne and beer baskets require the signature of an adult over the age of 21. We cannot be responsible for delays because there is not an adult to accept and sign for the gift. These gifts cannot be left at the door. If the shipping company makes 3 attempts to deliver the gift and: There is not an adult present to sign for the gift, the recipient is out of town, or the address given us was incorrect, it will be returned to us by the shipping company after 3 failed attempts. We will be happy to re-ship the gift to another address for just the cost of shipping and handling
Lead Time - Holidays - Please order your holiday gifts early. We always do our best to get orders out when requested, however we sometimes need extra lead time during the hectic Holiday season. If you need a gift rushed during this time, please give us a call to arrange.
Expedited Delivery Requests - If you need a gift shipped out next day, 2nd day, or 3rd day, instead of ground, please give us a call for additional price quote.
Please check your address information - When you are ordering a gift to be shipped or delivered, please make sure the recipient address is entered correctly when you order, that the address is current (they have not moved) and that all the information is provided, including a Company name if it is a business, the phone number, mention in the note section if there is a gate code, any Suite number or Apt. number, etc. We don't like getting extra fees from Fed Ex and UPS because information provided us was incorrect, because we hate having to charge those fees back to our valued clients! If you are arranging a large corporate order, please check to see if any of the recipients on your gift list have moved since the previous time you used the list. Please make sure that each address is a street address and not a PO Box.
